The Mathematics Study Program at UNPAR has the following logo.

As apparent from its logo, the Mathematics Study Program at UNPAR has been established since 1993. The most prominent part of the logo is a structure that resembles both a cube and a hexagon, within which the symbols for infinity, summation, and percentage are embedded.

The structure that resembles both a cube and a hexagon has a light blue middle section resembling the letter M, a grey top section resembling the letter A, and a dark blue bottom section resembling the letter T.
- The color blue symbolizes professionalism, credibility, and dynamism, which are qualities that define the Mathematics Study Program at UNPAR. More specifically, light blue is the official color of the Faculty of Science, the managing unit of the Mathematics Study Program.
- The color grey, which lies between black and white, represents adaptability, namely, the ability to adjust to various circumstances.
- The cube shape signifies strength, stability, and solidity.
- The hexagon shape represents technology, inspired by the honeycomb. Bees are known as natural mathematicians, building hexagonal-patterned hives because this structure maximizes the volume of honey stored while minimizing the material used in the construction.
There are openings near several corners of the structure, symbolizing that the three embedded symbols: infinity, summation, and percentage, are interconnected, forming a unified whole.
- The infinity symbol (∞), represents limitlessness. The Mathematics Study Program at UNPAR continuously adapts and transforms in response to the changing times, without limits.
- The summation symbol (∑), represents the unification of various elements that may seem separate into a meaningful whole. As mathematicians, graduates of the Mathematics Study Program at UNPAR are expected to unify themselves into their social and professional environments, bringing goodness and meaningful contributions in any circumstance.
- The percentage symbol (%), represents division. Graduates of the Mathematics Study Program at UNPAR are expected to develop intellectual, spiritual, and emotional intelligence in a well-divided manner.
